Who we are

Betta Biker Rider Training Limited (company number 09533901), registered office 23 St. Brides Close, Penketh, Warrington, WA5 2NX. Training site: Safety House, Kerfoot Street, Warrington, WA2 8NU. Contact: [email protected], 07539 828073.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry, call back or booking request forms we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, area, chosen course and message. When you book a CBT online, our online booking provider handles your booking and payment under its own privacy policy.

For training we may also need your driving licence details, licence check code and any medical information relevant to your safety, as set out in our terms and conditions.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange your training (legitimate interests and steps before a contract).
  • To deliver your course and meet DVSA requirements (contract and legal obligation).
  • We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely with our website host (Cloudflare). We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and training records for as long as needed to meet legal requirements. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks your browser without using advertising cookies.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, but only if you click "Accept all" on our cookie banner. Nothing is loaded if you reject or ignore it. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 13 months, and Google processes the data under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies.

Separately, we count clicks on our booking, phone, WhatsApp and email links so we know which parts of the site help people get in touch. These counts are anonymous daily totals: they store no cookies, IP address or anything that identifies you.

Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask on every page. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Embedded maps and videos (Google Maps, YouTube) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. The areas map loads map images from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
